To make your visit to Silk Pianos as relaxed and efficient as possible we encourage you to make an appointment in advance to come in and see us. As Shackleford Pianos is a very busy piano restoration workshop we would like to organise our time so we can dedicate ourselves to help you. The appointment system will also eliminate having to compete  with other customers when playing the pianos. 

Appointments must be made. Please call us to arrange your appointment.

Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm by appointment

Saturday: By appointment

Sunday: By appointment
